This is a brand new construction townhouse in a small community with 7 other townhouses. The living/ kitch/dinging room is on the first floor as well as a half bath, and a little nook for kids and or pets to chill in with wood floors throughout the main level and an attached small fully fenced yard. Large windows, that let in lots of light . The living room features a gas fireplace, 60 inch smart TV and loads of board games and shelving for storage.
