The Biltmore Apartments was built in 1924 to be Seattle’s largest and most superior apartment complex. Architects Bertram Stuart and Arthur Wheatley designed a 6 story Tudor-Gothic style featuring an all brick and decorative terra cotta façade. The Biltmore is made up of 130 luxurious apartment homes.
