Billy Minardi Hall (BMH) is a suite style residence hall constructed in 2003. BMH has 38 spaces, which consist of two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites and 2 single single suites.
This is our all male themed community residence hall. Every resident who lives at Billy Minardi Hall must complete the themed housing application in addition to the on-campus housing application. For more information on the All Male Themed Community, click here.
Each suite includes individual bedrooms with locks and bathrooms with extra tall stand up shower, individual closets, queen size Temper-Pedic bed, dresser, desk chair and desk. The common area includes leather furniture not specific, mini fridge and microwave.
In the building, we offer many amenities including on site mail boxes, laundry, and basic cable with HBO, a computer center with printers, game room, conference room, theater room, dining room, and a large comfortable lounge area.
Billy Minardi Hall offers a special meal plan that includes 100 meals per academic year and are predetermined and communicated to all residents immediately prior to each semester. All meals are prepared by a personal chef. Students can choose to have an additional meal plan through Aramark (our dining services provider) and the Cardinal Card office.
