There are two options for this home. Rent upstairs is $4800. Downstairs is an entirely separate entry in-law unit that we would like to continue to use for our family. It would likely be occupied by 1 person, 3 days out of the week for when owner is in town for work. If you would prefer to rent entire home--3 bedrooms 2 baths--rent would be $5200, with $10,200 deposit (1 month deposit, 1 month for last month's rent).
