Each bedroom- $1350 per room/person
3 bedrooms total

Price is all-inclusive as long as utilities are not overused.

Flexible leases that match incoming student

All rooms are furnished and includes a large 20'x20' common area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and large deck.

When renting a room you share the bathroom with one other student

At times you will share the kitchen and common area when a rotation student is here

All are responsible for cleaning that part of the house

$150- $850 deposit to hold room
First month at signing, and last month's rent is required when moving in but can be split over 3 months when doing longer leases

Deposits except for cleaning are refundable once all move out requirements are met and any damages discussed
