Rent includes a private bedroom, with access to shared kitchen, bath, multiple sitting, and dining areas. There is a $95/month utility charge that covers all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, & WI-FI.)

The home is very close to Lakewood's Red Rocks Community College, and Colorado Christian University, RMCAD, and easy access to downtown.

The current residents are female college students who value a peaceful home and are thoughtful to others.

No smoking of any kind. No marijuana usage, no pets.
