Qualifications to rent
1) Co-signers will not be accepted
2) Household Income must be legal, verifiable, and at least $10,000 per month, pre tax. Voucher holders must make 3x their share of the rent.
3) Credit scores for each adult must be 650 or higher with nothing in arrears or collections and no balances owed to prior landlords.
4) Rental references (or home ownership) of at least 3 years of positive references from a non relative.
5) Each occupant aged 18 and over must apply and meet the credit and reference qualifying standards. Income is per household.

This is firmly a no marijuana, no smoking (of any kind) property.
