2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

4) Deposits due at lease signing (in total, not per person):
-Refundable Security Deposit: $3,000
-Air filter fee of $120. 12 air filters will be left in the unit for you to change every month
