Please Note:
This resort expects a signed lease agreement and membership transfer of 250$ with golf and 150$ without golf and this fees is needed upfront to get the membership transfer on your name. So, I request that payment as soon as booking is done and usually a 2 week lead time for the paperwork to be signed and approved by the community management otherwise you may issues when you first entering to the property or use resort amenities. Also they expect a signed lease and my property management will be in touch and a drivers license should be shared with her and she is thorough with the paperwork and wonderful person to deal with.
