This new bedroom is furnished with a full size mattress protected bed, a dresser, hardwood floors and a closet. Rent is $950 a month + a one time $250 move in fee. No big deposit! Included are secured parking, new washer/dryer, high-speed internet, common area kitchen, appliances, bi-weekly professional cleaning and all utilities included. We accept all genders, races, sexual orientations, that appreciate a quiet, very clean and safe environment. NO DRAMA PLEASE. To ensure a good fit there is a short Pre Screen Questionnaire required.
