2. Departure Clean Fees is 250$ one time (Mandatory)
3. Security Deposit is 1000$ and its fully refundable if no damages are reported during the rental period and will be returned within 30 days after checkout (Mandatory)
4. 12% Florida state and county tax for rentals less than 180 days (Mandatory State and County requirement)
5. Transponder 50$ per car (Optional)
