The property has a garage, and covered spot parking with 3 spaces.
Pet policy: cats allowed, small dogs allowed. If it's a dog we need to discuss; we are animal and dog lovers but we also have all original harwood floors and walls :)
Appliances at the property include washer, dryer, refrigerator, garbage disposal, gas range, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher.
The owner will pay for sewer, trash, internet.
The property has forced gas heating and AC window unit cooling. The gas everything really helps with costs in the winter.
A limit of 5 people living in this rental will be strictly enforced. For example, 2 adults and 3 children.
Showings will be available starting September 28th, 2024. The preferred lease start date is Oct 1 or Nov 1, 2024 and the preferred lease duration is 1 year or more. We are flexible on move in date between October and November.
We can take videos or answer any questions you have. We are moving out, fixing things, and deep cleaning the place right now so it's quite a mess. There will be a deep cleaning when we are done cleaning as well. When are you needing/wanting to move in?
A few things that might help you:
- We are pricing this low because we want great happy tenants.
- This is not an investment property for us. This is our home which we have to leave for 10-30+ years due to relocating for work.
- we are not "landlords" as much as a family that is renting out our home while we are gone for 10-30+ years. This means we want to fix anything that goes wrong quickly and you won't be stuck with any major applicants or utility issues.
- This is an all wood home (mostly), so there would be no painting of any of the room walls or ceilings.
- This house is located next to the park/library, and it's a 400 foot walk from the town square (depot district). It's in a great location and we love our neighbor Joe.
Security Deposit amount determined by the owner.
For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
