The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space with granite countertops, and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave. There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away beside the bathroom, which contains a granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a fan, and two windows allowing lots of light.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electric and internet is the responsibility of the tenant, with water, sewer, trash pickup, and yard care included in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric central heat and air.
