The University of Lousiana at Monroe has embarked on a project that will completely reconstruct the housing for ULM students. Welcome to ULM's Bayou Village! Exciting changes have been completed with the completed renovations for Ouachita, Madison and Masur Halls and the demolition of Hudson, Sherrouse, Olin, Lemert, Harris, Breard and Cosper Halls and the addition of new apartments and suites. Bayou Village Apartments are available to upper-class students with a 2.25 GPA or higher. University Commons I and University Commons II, Ouachita, Masur and Madison Halls are available to all residential students with a 2.0 GPA or higher. Becoming a resident at the ULM Village will provide you with a new and exciting adventure. You will be meeting people from all over the world and making new and long lasting friendships.
