This little portion is in basement with its own separate entrance and connecting stairs to middle floor with shared kitchen and a living room. You will not share this portion with any other roommates excpet if you come in as a couple. Our other roommates on top floor are all professional females. This house is perfect for anyone studying or working in Boston or Cambridge. All of the second floor is just a living room and dining area along with a back yard deck.
