Basement Room and Personal Living room with shared bathrooms utilities included

Currently renting my down stairs basment. Rental unit consist of a living room and a bedroom which is private space. Downstairs bathroom, upstairs bathroom, upstairs living room, kitchen, dinning room, garage, front and backbyards are all shared space. Currently two roommates with the possibility of 1 more. There are 2 dogs already on site with professional waste clean up 1x/week included. hardwired for internet and wifi is provided in the rent. Deposit is $850 plus $250 pet deposit: both are completely refundable. We do not charge pet rent. Room is hard wired for internet and wifi is provided in the rent and some appliances are included but landlored assumes no responsibility for service qaulity or working condition. Property is Close to shopping and great food, and is located in the willow park subdivision in the gateway community near Mississippi and Chambers. Application fee is $55. Per adult and if a lease is signed the application fee will be taken off the first months rent.
