Bailey Haven Lofts

Bailey Haven Lofts is a nine-unit apartment building.  All units contain spacious living areas with large floor to ceiling windows.  The windows provide ample natural light, two or three exposures, and cross-ventilation. The upper units contain mezzanines and private outdoor terraces that offer expansive views of the city.  At the front entrance, a large canopy and benches act as an urban gesture to invite residents and visitors to rest. The use of brightly colored metal panels provides a cheerful face to the street
