The entry way is laminate tile. There is a living/sleeping area. Small kitchen with stove, and small bathroom with a shower. There is a window air conditioner that cools the studio nicely and a portable heater for warmth. All utilities included. No access to a washer and dryer. Credit score of 650 is required.

Close to the 10 frwy, Target shopping center, restaurants and a park nearby. Great location!
