Looking for a roommate to RENT a ROOM in a cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom new townhouse with new appliances and all the amenities. Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor; *unfurnished*. 1 communal bathroom for your use. Utilities included with rent, may use communal spaces on property. Parking space available for tenant.

Avalon's motto is “Live, Learn, Work, Play”. Community has as 3pools. We are also less than 5 miles away from Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel - Nice restaurants, bars, gyms and pet friendly stores. House is close to Wiregrass and Tampa Outlets.

I work from home. So my only ask is - Prefer tenants that are clean, respectful of other ppls belongings and are conscious of noise levels; No party animals or roaming night owls Mon-Friday.
