12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. Utilities will be split amongst main house tenants and the tenant in the ADU.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.
DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing associate from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
