Tenants are allowed a 2 pet maximum, but no aquariums allowed. All potential tenants must provide proof spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccinations. $500 security deposit for pets is required and non-refundable- no pet rent.
If you do not want to pay the $1,500 security deposit (which is refundable after the lease term) you may opt for an additional $100 to be added to your rent in lieu of the payment up front- but this is NOT refundable.
