Terms

1. Term: 12 Months Preferred (3 Months Available, 10 Months Available)

2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and $50.00 per month pet rent.

3. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage are billed back to tenants depending on usage.

4. Refundable Security Deposit based on credit.

5. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

6. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.

7. Parking - One parking space available, included in rent.

8. Application Fee: $55.00 paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.
