The bedroom is large enough for a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and chest. The bedroom also features an oversized closet. The common area is a "great room" with a choice of open or closed kitchen and a closet/pantry. Oak cabinets with 6 drawers, "lazy susan", double stainless steel sink with disposer and pull out spray, full size dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove/oven with hood. Convenient to the kitchen and great room is a food bar. Also adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry/closet with sliding mirror doors. The pantry side has adjustable shelves. The closet side has 2 top shelves, clothes bar and storage below. The Common area has durable and easy to clean, simulated oak floors. Bathroom has custom ceramic tile floor and decorative, ceramic tile tub surround. All Arbor Apartments units come unfurnished.
