Our oasis is tucked away on a beautiful residential street yet 7 minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 10 minutes from the coast, 30 minutes from Baltimore and 35 minutes from DC. Mid-term (1-3 month) rental.

The space:

Two bedrooms with private bathroom, living room, dining room, optional standing desk, kitchen and laundry room. Property comes complete with wifi, smart locks and smart lighting, security surveillance, automatic irrigation and a whole-house humidifier and water treatment system. Pets welcome with an additional $100/month fee for wear and tear. Completely separate upper level with private entrances for each unit.

Our home is on a safe quiet street lined with beautiful trees. Our extended neighborhood has coffeeshops, a movie theater, a True Food Kitchen, Trader Joes and Whole Foods all within a ten minute drive.
