The blossoming flowers, palm trees, green grass, and eucalyptus trees will envelope you in a sense of tranquililty. Listen to the calming sound of running water from our pond and flowing geyser and feel right at home. Our residents recieve the best of care! Resident are pampered with the use of a fitness center were you can work up a sweat and a computer room were you can "surf the web". Covered and Uncovered parking is available for our residents AND we provide all the utilities as well. This includes: water, trash, sewage, electric, heat and air conditioning, and EVEN BASIC CABLE!! We have a few studios available that are running for $750/month. Only until October 15th will we be extending a MOVE IN SPECIAL!! If you choose to sign for a year lease, we'll take $100 off your rent for the first 6 months!!!!
