Very quiet neighborhood in a culvasac with a lot of off-street parking, there is also room for one car in the driveway. The beach is 4 blocks away. Supermarkets and restaurants and shops are blocks away. Easy access to the Pi'ilani Highway.
There is an attached private studio in the dwelling with its own private entryway that is currently leased.
