The condo is at the top of Alpine Meadows Road in the Alpine Meadows Condo HOA. It is walking distance to the Alpine Meadows parking lot and serviced by the Mountaineer Shuttle if you would prefer a free pick up and drop off.

There is a 1-car garage with access through the building up to the second floor, where you'll find the condo. On the main level of the condo, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, en suite full bathroom, and second full bath with walk-in shower, and laundry. Upstairs is the loft, or the third sleeping area with a private full bathroom.

The living room has a pellet stove for those cold winter nights and can save the day in the event of a power outage, as we all know can happen living in the mountains. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal at home and the dining room table comfortably sits 6.

LEASE DETAILS
- Available 12/1 - 4/30 w/ flexibility on exact start and end dates.
- Rent $6,000 / month
- All utilities are included except electricity. Tenant will need to either transfer Liberty Utilities into their name for the duration of the lease, or pay a deposit of approximately $3,000.
- Dog friendly with $500 deposit. Max two dogs.
- Owner will stock pellets for the stove, but tenant will be responsible to pay for bags used at lease end.
