Airbnb In Law Suite (Not an Aparment)

This charming mother-in-law suite is used as an Airbnb and is located in the heart of Davis Shore in downtown St Augustine, Florida. A short walking distance to the Bridge of Lions, Flagler University, downtown St. Augustine, bars, restaurants, local attractions, and a short drive to the local beaches. The suite features a kitchenette, private bathroom, private parking, a completely fenced backyard, an independent AC Unit, and a private entrance. It is furnished, and includes utilities and internet. The suite is separated from the main house, and no one can access your suite. However, you will also have access to the entire kitchen, laundry, and living space areas inside the main house. The suite will be available on Feb 1st, 2025. We might accept pets with an initial non-refundable fee and a monthly fee.
Currently, the tenants in the main house are single individuals aged 25 and older. The lease will be a monthly basis rental for those who will needed for a short term stay.
