We have both lofted and studio spaces, and many of our apartments have balconies.

The close proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's make it easy to grab all of your essentials. Plus, with the Rapid Ride bus just around the corner, getting to downtown Seattle is a breeze. 6. No parking on site but plenty in the street nearby or in neighboring garages

- Dog rent: $45/m (no deposit)
- Cat rent: $25/m (no deposit)
