These are non-smoking single room occupancy apartments for only one tenant per unit. Units each have a separate bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and onsite coin operated laundry. All utilities (except cable) are included in the monthly rent. The deposit is $75.00 and the lease is a one year lease through CHA. Rent is based on your income with 30% going towards the rent and Section 8 paying the difference of the monthly rent. If you have no income, then the rent is usually $50/month.
