Enjoy high ceilings with 3 fans, radiant gas heat & wall AC unit, open floor concept, W/D, (sorry, no dishwasher), outdoor gazebo, big firepit, ample parking, communal garden to grow organic fruits/vegetables, chicken coop and more….all on over an acre of land. No pets allowed other than chickens. Quiet, respectful, mature, neat and clean housemates live in main house. Utilities split evenly (about $100). This is ideal for an outdoorsy/gardening enthusiast OR couple; drama free, NO drugs or drunks allowed. Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Occasional overnight guests ok. Paystubs, employment verification, rental references and non-refundable $55 credit/background checks per person over 18 yrs old is required.
