This home is CLEAN, SAFE, and QUIET.

CLEAN: Every member will be responsible for a weekly rotation of cleaning shared spaces. You may opt out of this for and additional $50/mo, and I will hire a professional cleaner in your place for your assigned week. On top of this I am including professional cleaning of the home 1x per month.

SAFE: Smart Locks on all Private Rooms and Main Entry. Limited Guest Access. Extra Locks on bathrooms for privacy. Security Cameras in Common Spaces (not for monitoring, but footage to be reviewed in case of dispute)

QUIET: Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM. No Pets, No Smoking. Respectful Atmosphere required.
