This fully furnished 2 bedroom main floor unit with gated courtyard and garage is located 1 block off of the light rail. Furnishings include extra sheets, linens, cookware, dishes, etc. Each bedroom has a queen bed, 55" smart tv with remote, closet, dresser and alarm clock. The unit has a large open kitchen with coffee maker/toaster/dishwasher and dining room with built in desk/workstation. Laundry is in the unit. Open Living room with 65" smart TV and remote. Other amenities include an iron, hair dryer, vacuum and other other amenities to make you feel at home.

We are also looking to rent the unit for a 6 month period for reduced rent amount. This would be as a caretaker situation. Rent would be $1395 and come with all the same as renting it furnished.

Rent includes all utilities including high-speed internet, snow removal and yard maintenance
Rental Criteria- No criminal or Unlawful Detainers/Evictions, positive landlord reference required (if you are currently renting), credit score 620, Minimum monthly income of 3x.
