Greetings, I am a 30-year-old working professional. I am looking for 1 individual roommate to rent my downstairs bedroom. You will be living with 4 others (including myself) with 1 dog. I am offering the room (10ftx11ft) that comes with its own bathroom for $750/mo. Parking and utilities are included in rental fee. Additional rent and fees will be added if you have pets or storage.

Enjoy a quiet and friendly household and neighborhood in Southwest Las Vegas area. Home is close to parks, golf courses, many restaurants and stores. Major Cross Streets are Pebble and Fort Apache. The home is 15min drive to Summerlin Hospital, Red Rock Casino, Durango Casino, and Downtown Summerlin.

A refundable security/ reservation deposit will be needed in advance. 6 month minimum contract. Must have a minimum credit score of 620. Background check required. Renters Insurance recommended. Must be able to cover 3x the amount of rent posted. Must be pet friendly. Smoking permitted outside only.
