LEASE TERMS
- $1500 per month, Minimum 12 month lease (Lease to begin within 30 days)
- $45 application fee applies for credit/background check for each person over 18

- One small pet permitted with a $250 non refundable pet application fee and $50/month (some breed restrictions apply)
