Just minutes from the downtown medical district, Augusta University, Gordon Highway, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and more. 1,467 square feet. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. AVAILABLE FOR A NOVEMBER 1, 2024 MOVE-IN. Tenants pay all utilities and are responsible for landscaping once the lease begins. Trash and recycling that fit in provided bins with lids closed are included in the rent. Tenant pays any overage, if applicable.

RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
Rent is $1,595.00 for a 12-month lease. A 6-month lease option is available for a higher premium.
Security Deposit is generally $1,595.00 IF credit scores meet the minimum credit score requirement (650 or higher). If approved, the security deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure the home and remove it from the market. No housing vouchers are accepted.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:
Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place a SEPARATE application.
There is a one-time admin fee of $75, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.
You can apply via our website at www.rentbhgaugusta.com. Only applications through Better Homes and Gardens will be acceptable forms of application.
This home can only be held for a lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date that the application is approved.
ACCEPTANCE IS BASED ON:
A mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. A credit score of 650 or higher, a verified rental history, and a total monthly income of 3.5x (i.e. $1595.00 x 3.5= $5,582.50) the monthly rent is required for approval.
If credit score(s) falls slightly below 650 and an application is accepted based on a positive verified rental history and meeting the total monthly income requirement, a double deposit will be required.
