Layout: master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath with walk-in closet. 2 other bedrooms currently used as kids rooms and separate full bathroom. Master bedroom is very spacious with a full office space.

Open layout main living area with large kitchen area. Kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and cooking equipment. Main living area includes 55" smart tv and entire house is connected with high-speed wifi.

There are 2 cars on the premises that can be rented for an additional fee. The street has ample free street parking as well as a large driveway and a new EV charging assembly. There are also 2 children's bikes and 1 adult bike for use on the Ballona Creek bike path and Culver City bike path very nearby.
