We are a centrally located apartment community with quick accessibility to Tyndall, Downtown Panama City and less than 25 minutes to the world's most beautiful beaches! After you view the residence and you decide to lease with us, there is a background check run on all tenants. Requirements are credit rating of 600 or better, clean criminal background and no evictions. Gross income needs to be validated as 2.5 times the monthly rent. We require a 12 month lease, 1st month's rent and security deposit equal to one months rent is required. We are pet friendly with limitations and a non refundable pet fee. There are no laundry hookups in units. Laundry facilities on site. Pest control and trash included. Pictures may not be of exact unit. We are an equal housing opportunity.
