Close to the UW Stout campus, the MSC, and the library. A short walk north and you can grab a meal at the Silver Dollar or enjoy the great views of Lake Menomin. Prospective tenants can also get a good study session in at Acoustic Cafe. All utilities will be the tenant's responsibility. Sorry, no pets.
All utilities, lawn care, trash, and snow removal are separately metered and are the tenant's responsibility.

With 9 Students = $387 per student
