If you are section 8/HUD we will need your I.D. and the letter that has your room count on it. We advise that you ride by the property before you apply! 5.) There is no Application fee until you are approved. UPON APPROVAL - It will be a $35.00 fee for one adult and a $50.00 fee for two adults.
