This fully furnished home offers a secluded back patio (not furnished), separate dining room, and lower-level finished storage in addition to the 2 bedrooms and one bath. This is a corner unit so you only have neighbors on one side.

Utilities included: wifi, trash, recycling, landscaping and snow removal.

There is a monthly fee of $35.95 for the Residents Benefits Package which includes amenities such as renters insurance, credit building, identity theft prevention, and access to the online portal for payments and maintenance requests.

The main bedroom is extremely spacious and fits a king bed and chest of drawers. It also has two large closets and gets great sunlight in the afternoon. The guest room has a twin-size bed, and a roomy closet and is drenched in the morning light.

The bottom level is finished storage and has been outfitted with sound-reduction materials. Please note the photos show furniture here but the furniture has been removed making this area ideal for a workout space or personal storage. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level as well.
