This posting is for 3 brand new homes that I am putting in. They should be available by 12/1/2024 (hopefully sooner). They will be located in a community off of Old Richmond rd about 10 minutes outside of Danville. The homes are exactly like the home pictured in this ad. The rent for each home will be $910 per month.

Terms of the home:
-No pets (no exceptions)
-No smoking
-$1,500 deposit
- Tenant responsible for all utilities
-First months rent and deposit will be payed before move in ($2,410)
-Tenant required to obtain renters insurance

Home includes:
- Refrigerator and stove
- Central heat and ac
- Washer and dryer hookups
