Tenants share lawn care and snow removal with occupant of other unit. Tenants pay all utilities (electrical, gas, water, sewer, trash).
Prospective tenants should have a verifiable rental history and income. Pets will be considered with positive references, $300 pet fee and $30/month/pet. Security deposit of $1350 (plus pet fees if applicable) and first month's rent due at the signing of the lease.
