These rules are designed to promote Harmony and Peaceful living experiences.
Due to the present economy, many parks have mixed use: mobile homes, RV with year-round living and RVs with traditional camping, etc. These Rules are written and will be enforced.
1. All pets must be on leash, this includes cats. Pets must have all appropriate shots and a copy of their record given to management. No outdoor pets.
2. No loud noise after 9:00 pm or before 7:00 am. i.e., cars, mowers, and no all night music.
3. Park in your designated parking space. All cars must be licensed, tagged and operatable. No working on vehicles. No more than 2 cars per space. Guest must park on the street.
4. Speed limit in park is 10 mph Max.
5. No R.V. Storage: extra RV or campers must be stored off premises.
6. Staying 31 days or longer, Unit must be properly Skirted
7. Hazardous Material must be deposited in accordance with Government guidelines.
8. Personal Items must be stored neatly, i.e., toys, BBQ, lawn furniture.
9. No indoor furniture to be used outside. i.e., (couch, recliner, lounge chair).
10. Garbage must fit into container provided, (not on the ground). Do not leave big items, i.e., mattress, T.V. furniture etc.
11. Utilities must be properly connected, (this includes sewer) ¼” to foot minimum and properly fitting connection.
12. Guests are limited to 10 consecutive days and/or 30 days total per calendar year.
13. Holiday decorating is encouraged but must be cleaned up after season and not interfere with neighbors.
14. No fireworks are allowed.
15. No business or soliciting, daycare, garage sale etc.
16. Parents will be responsible for their children.
17. Tenant is responsible for their family members and guests.
18. No Subletting! If you sell your unit, new owners must be qualified by management.
