This home is total electric with central heat + air and includes use of a stove and refrigerator. The laundry closet is in the kitchen with washer/dryer connections only. The yardcare is included at this location (grass cutting and trimming/weed eating).

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own OR for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
