Very nice 2 bedroom 1 bath brick cottage with a large basement for storage. House is fully furnished with Tv's and furniture but does not have a dishwasher. Large screened in porch with fenced in backyard. Small circle driveway and parking along side the house. Natural gas fireplace, furnace, and water heater. Small dog allowed, NO CATS! AT&T fiber internet available. First, security, one time $75 admin fee, and App fee once selected to apply. Contact Chris to schedule a viewing in person once you have completed the prescreening questions. Showings will only be scheduled once you have requested info and filled out the presecreen questions on the app. DO NOT APPLY AND PAY FOR THE APPLICATION BEFORE YOU HAVE SEEN THE HOUSE AND SPOKEN TO ME TO MOVE FORWARD!!! I do not get the application money and cannot refund it!
