The unit includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. I am subleasing Room C, which shares a bathroom with Room B (Note: Roommates A and D have private bathrooms). The unit is fully furnished. The living room cannot be used as a sleeping area. Since all current roommates are male, the sublessee must also be male.
