This home is located in The Summit and is close to shopping, restaurants and Ft. Jackson. Home offers open floor plan on first floor with all new lvp flooring downstairs and new carpet upstairs. This home has been freshly painted. Three bedroom, two and a half bath, with laundry room upstairs. Landlord will pay for carpet cleaning annually after each lease renewal.

Note: A 650 credit score is required for this property. This property does not allow any pets.
Sewer will be held in landlords name, tenant will be responsible for $60/month for sewer services along with a non-refundable $60 deposit for sewer services upon move in. All other utilities are tenant responsibility.
Anyone 18+ MUST submit an application. Application fee is $65/person. Please contact our office prior to filling out the application, as we process applications first come first serve. Application fee is non-refundable.
With an approved application, the security deposit and signed lease are due within 48 hours of your application being approved. Security Deposit and a $100 Admin Fee will be due at the time of lease signing. First month's rent is due on move-in day.
The lease start date must be within 10 days after approval (certain exceptions may apply ).
We do not accept Zillow applications.

Additionally, we require that you:
1. Make 3x the monthly rent
2. Credit/background check (We are looking at debt vs income. 650 credit score required)
3. Security deposit is 1 months rent
4. Rental history check( We MUST receive rental history back within 48 hours or we will move on to the next applicant)
5. No evictions in the last 5 years
