The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a 65 in TV with a door to separate from the kitchen & living space. The living space features another queen sized bed , a 50-in flat screen TV & couch. View the ocean from the balcony! There is a Starbucks on-site. This is a short-term rental, fully furnished. It is available late October through end of Dec. Cleaning fee of $250 and local accommodation tax will be applied. Preferred tenant will fall into the "good" credit score category, will generate 2x the rental rate, no current, dangerous or theft-related criminal history, no evictions, & can provide rental references. We reserve the right to deny locals who don't have proof of permanent housing.
