2 Blocks from the beach Pet friendly Property

1 Master bedroom/1 bathroom in a shared 3/3 Furnished House two blocks from the beach- Includes Parking, In Unit Washer/Dryer, ALL Utilities. You will have a private bathroom, private bedroom, and a private entrance.
This unit has it's own entrance with the patio space shown below. This was originally my room so it's has a lot of pink RN but if that's not your style I will gladly sub out for different color curtains/decor.
Currently the space has two male travel nurses in the other bedrooms who have been living here since July of last year when I started renting out the extra bedrooms. They go out on the weekends sometimes but are pretty quiet during the week. There are now two flat screen TVs in the living room (incase one of the boys is playing video games to still enjoy the space ).
Kitchen has Oven, Air Fryer, insta pot, Dish Washer, garbage disposal. Living room leads to an additional patio. House has a Fingerprint Lock, never lose your keys again
